We held a stall at the Mandela Day market hosted by Project Gateway. We sold pancakes with fillings made by our international students and inspired by foods from their countries. It was a great opportunity to celebrate our diversity and promote multicultural understanding and appreciation in our society. We were even able to donate some pancakes to a local Christian organisation to help the community.
