Since April 2020, we have been operating remotely/ virtually and as of September 2020, we no longer have an office at 33 Alan Paton Avenue, Pietermaritzburg. However, this is the venue we will use for face-to-face classes, once these start up again after the Covid-19 pandemic.  Unfortunately, we can no longer accommodate walk-ins, as we were able to in the past. To arrange a meeting with the Director, Jenny, please call or (preferably) WhatsApp message her on 083 593 2855, or email admin@kznlanguageinstitute.com.

The closure of our office means that we are not always available anytime between 8am and 5pm on weekdays, as we were in the past. It is best to send an email through to us and we will get back to you as soon as possible (admin@kznlanguageinstitute.com).

We are able to assist you with a letter confirming registration after a deposit has been paid. Various documents are necessary for this process. Please note that we are responsible to report lack of arrival, registration, deregistration and completion of a course to the Director-General of Home Affairs in South Africa.

You will need to make private arrangements for accommodation. If you need assistance, please contact us and we will put you in touch with one of our affiliates.
